Refund policy
1. Cancellation will only be accepted at least 3 days prior to collection/delivery. (not applicable to bulk purchase)Â Transaction fee may apply depending on payment method.
2. Please note that once your order has been shipped out or delivered, we are unable to cancel your order.
3. You acknowledge and accept that all returned Products will be subject to a case by case review. Dantar Pte Ltd (Mother-In-Law Egg Tart) reserve the right to refuse to replace or issue a refund for the returned bakes in the following situations, including without limitation:
(a) Bakes have been collected/delivered to recipient;
(b) Wrong delivery address input by customer
(c)Â Cancellation without specific reason
(d) Bakes not "identical" to photos
4. In the event Dantar Pte Ltd (Mother-In-Law Egg Tart) encounter a situation where we are unable to fulfill your orders, we will process a refund via the same payment method made by the customer or via Paynow.
5. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
6. If the situation is a Covid-19 triggered event, we seek your understanding that refund will be made in credits instead.Â
